It is Kusihikatsu, a traditional Japanese food in Osaka, Japan. I recommend that you go to Shinsekai – in Osaka – to eat it. I highly recommend Kushikatus at that restaurant. If you eat their food, you will know another aspect of Japanese cuisine.
What is the Kusihikatsu?. It’s similar with tempura,isn’t it?.I like the tempura but some time it make me get a sore throat.
Kushikatsu is a perfect party food, especially when beer is being served. I also enjoy eating yakitori. Can you recommend any good yakitori places?
The last time I went to eat Kushikatsu with my friend, that restaurant’s Kushikatsu wasn’t good taste, so I want to go to eat there.
